I hate to work out at the gym and would rather find a magic pill that would make my body into the ideal sexy, cut and rockin’ figure. However, we all know looking like a marble statue actually takes work.  The Rhodes Bros have tips about simple ways to stay in shape from the comfort of your own home or apartment.

Right off the bat Aaron and Austin make it clear that you should be aware of your body and its limitations. They want to you to take from them what might actually work for you and not to do it just because they say so. The weight scale they got from Vanity Planet is pretty sick and has some amazing features. Aaron makes exercise fun by using a health app on your iPhone that  tells you how far you have walked. The next day you can try to match that or even beat it. Austin does laps in his pool,  and in between does sit-ups, push-ups and such. Their final piece of advice is to go to a work out class.

The great thing about these tips is that they are simple things you can do around your home or out in the neighborhood. You really don’t have to join a gym to get your body to a fitness level you are comfortable with. Watch
